Propane Hoses and Regulators

No matter the brand of cooking equipment or turkey fryer, most fryer parts are standard and inter-changeable, including the hoses. Propane Hoses

All of our propane hoses are UL Listed. We have a variety of hoses to choose from. We stock multiple propane hose lengths, starting with a 6 foot propane hose, 8 foot propane hose and 10 foot propane hose. Each propane hose has brass fitting at both ends. Purchase a propane orifice (available for purchase separately) and these hoses will fit directly into your propane cast iron burner. These hose products will also fit our propane adjustable regulators. 

Regulator Valves

See our available propane regulator kits and valves. These include a 10 PSI propane regulator kit, 20 PSI propane regulator kit, 15 PSI propane regulator kit and a few more. These regulator kits do have different sized fittings and a propane orifice may need to be purchased to convert the regulator kit to fit your burner. We have regulators that fill the need when building a customer propane burner. 

 

Propane Regulator Valves

A good understanding and knowledge of adjustable gas regulator operation will help customers get the most out of their gas regulator, and enjoy their gas appliances safely.
Most regulators, standard and adjustable have a simple and proven diaphragm, spring and lever system and a system of rubber hoses. This ingenious adjustable mechanism allows the consistent delivery of gas to the propane powered appliance regardless of tank pressure or the affect of related weather conditions. Please consult a local, qualified technician regarding propane regluator issues. 

 NEVER MODIFY, TAKE APART OR TAMPER WITH A PROPANE adjustable REGULATOR! Most adjustable gas regulators require little in the way of maintenance and care, in order to delver many years of good, safe, service. Propane regulators are designed for OUTDOOR USE ONLY. Gas Regulators have internal moving parts that are subject to wear and tear and after some time, the regulator needs to be replaced. If your appliance is not functioning properly in the way of propagating gas during the cooking process than more than likely the regulator or hose needs to be replaced due to age or malfunction and the consumer needs to take this advice seriously. The industry norm is 15 years before a tank based regulator and hoses which may needs replacement while some gas regulator manufacturers recommend replacement every 25 years. If any of your tank based regulators have never been under water, such as on an underground propane tank, it needs to be replaced immediately. One very important fact to point out is that although propane regulators may be adjusted by licensed professionals, but normally are just simply replaced and not repaired
